Membership Types

Membership to the Irish Discworld Convention is what you buy instead of a ticket.  It entitles you to entry to all events at the Convention (except the Gala dinner or other ticketed events)

Membership Prices:

• Full Adult Membership: €95
• Concession*: €60
• Young Adult (6-17): €20
• Child (<6): Free
• Friend of the Convention**: €125

Memberships are limited to 300 members.

Memberships are non-refundable.

*Concession memberships are available to people in retirement, unemployed, self-employed, students or people who are disabled. If you have another query around concession memberships please email chair@idwcon.org - we are happy to discuss.

** Friend of the Convention membership is exactly the same as a Full Adult Membership - but you would just be giving us a little extra funds. We have introduced this as a way to minimise price increases for other membership types - particularly Concession Memberships. No-one is expected to purchase a Friend of the Con Membership and there will be no indication of this Membership type on your badge or Membership number. You can just have a warm fuzzy feeling inside.
