I can no longer attend - can I get a refund?

We're very sorry we won't see you this year.

According to our terms and conditions, Memberships are non-refundable so we cannot offer you a refund from the Convention.

However, we do operate a Waiting List for people who missed out on membership but would really like to attend. If you have Membership(s) that you no longer need, please email our membership team at members@idwcon.org and give them your details - including the numbers of the Memberships you have for sale. They will then put you in touch with the next person on the Waiting List who will be very grateful to purchase this from you.

Please note this is a private sale between you and the purchaser. Please inform our Membership team once this has been completed.

Please do NOT pass your Membership on to a third party without informing our Membership team as the unknown party will not be admitted to IDWCon.

If you have booked a hotel room, you should cancel directly with the hotel by calling them directly on 00 353 21 454 9800 and select ‘1’ to speak to bedroom reservations.
